Cosy lounge

Affectionately known as ‘The Cozy’ these spaces are just that. Our resident lounges feature an in-built screen for all the movie marathons, football screenings and series binging our residents could need.â Plus, they play host to an abundance of resident activities from sunset yoga to pop-up painting lessons.

Collective kitchens

An extension of your own kitchen, these spaces are designed to transition from your working day to evening play. Residents can also book them for their own private events.

Community Support hub

More than a stunning welcoming space, our second floor concierge is the hub of the Marches HQ. Here you’ll find access to our terraces, The Nook and most importantly your 24/7 onsite team.
